Our Story
Rooted in Tradition, Crafted with Fire
Born along the Praek Tuek Chhu river, our kitchen draws on generations of Cambodian craft — lemongrass pounded by hand, tamarind reduced over coconut embers, river fish wrapped in banana leaf the way grandmothers have done for centuries.
Every plate is sourced within fifty kilometers of our hearth. Kampot pepper, Kep crab, palm sugar from Tboung Khmum — we cook with the land, over real fire, and serve with the warmth of a home that's always full.
